The hotel was ideal and fairly clean. the staff was very polite and welcoming. the location was great and unbeatable, next to restaurants. the shuttle driver, Vern, was also fantastic.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was convienent for our trip - just off the highway and easy to get back on.

Shower stall was very narrow with the safety handle in shower protruding in your back/sides as you washed up. Shower stall footing very slippery/dangerous.

Upon checking in notice the lobby didn't look anything like the photos,glass and things were dirty,but willing to give a chance.Checked in with Michelle who was very nice and accommodating.When we got to the room,it smelled musty again just traveled two hours and said just try to relax.Sat in the chair and noticed there was some white stuff along the bottom of the bed skirt don't even want to know what it was....Why they would leave that for a guest to see is beyond me.Then seeing food in the corner by the bed,and by the sliding door to the balcony.Then my wife comes up stairs from asking what time the shuttle runs to Mohegan Sun,as we choose the hotel for this reason so we could have a good time with-out the worry of drinking and driving.And they tell her well its a sign up first come first serve it might be here at 4 not sure it might run until 1015 but not really sure,wi-fi doesn't work.As I sat in my chair hoping I didn"t see bugs running around.That's it not even an hour here and this is suppose to be our relaxing night,dirty,nothing working and not knowing if we can get back and fourth from the hotel.Mind you this was the EXECUTIVE KING FLOOR WITH BALCONY we choose and upgraded to.Being a woman I have never packed a bag so quickly in my life.

I got a nice, clean room with 2 comfy double beds, a balcony, and good WIFI 🌐. The breakfast was delicious, with tasty granola, pancakes, and hot waffles included.

We were greeted with a complimentary drink, rooms were nice. Hotel was full but quiet, very respectful!

Overall the hotel is in a great location close. 5 mins to Mohegan and 15 to Foxwoods which btw is awesome!

Tidy room with two comfy queen beds, a nice balcony, and a good shower. The location is spot on - you can easily walk to the casino, a sports bar, a restaurant, and the city center. 🎉

Perfect location if you are going to Mohegan Sun and taking the shuttle

It would have been nice if there were better water pressure in the shower

Shuttle service to Mohegan

Woke up to toilet from room above us leaking down into our bathroom. Ceiling caved in with toilet water all over the bathroom and front entrance of the room/ closet.

The rooms here are spacious, newly renovated with 2 queen beds, and everything is nice; the location is conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit.

The free shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun was so great. On a Friday we made reservation at the front desk for a 2:30pm shuttle which took no more than 15 minutes to get there. We played some slots and looked around shops a bit,had an early dinner at the Landsdowne on the second floor and went to 7:30pm Cyndi Lauper/Boy George Concert at the Arena. After show we went outside and got our 11:15pm shuttle back to Hotel. I believe the last shuttle back on weekends is 1:45am. Big thank to Olin and Vicky at front desk who were fantastic. Very comfortable atmosphere at the hotel. We felt like family ! Room was great and amenities were great too!

Proximity to casinos and transport to them with knowledgable and accommodating driver. Good food at in house restaurant reasonably priced

Shower was not good. Poor water pressure and shower head awkward to use

The hotel is conveniently located near Mohegan Sun Casino and Old Tymes Restaurant. I had a comfortable and affordable room with 2 double beds. The staff at the hotel were always very friendly and hospitable.

I paid a very high rate for a one night stay. I'm thinking that if I have to stay one night on a weekend I should use AirB&B.

The rooms here have been recently redecorated with a cozy chair and a lovely bathtub, plus the food is delicious.
